Have you ever played in a gym so hot that no amount of towels could contain the sweat your body produces? How about outside in the blazing sun where no amount of sunscreen can keep your skin from getting burned (for all the white people out here). As draining as the weather can be sometimes, always being warm keeps my body feeling fresh as opposed to the cold I can feel two games into a morning pick up session back in the northwest. Make sure you stay hydrated though. Higher temperatures take your body’s liquid much faster. And with no air con in any of the gyms, it won’t take you too long to get started on that warm up sweat. What’s your perfect climate for hooping? Can you take the heat? Or would you rather play in sweats and a hoodie with snow on the ground outside?
